Wobble, Paracise and FLexercise

Diana Rang, a local Health and Wellbeing coach, runs Paracise, FLexercise and Wobble strength and balance classes in Guildford. Classes are run at St Pius X Church Hall, Merrow, Onslow Village Hall or Jacobs Well Village Hall on a variety of days and times.

Wobble: Focussed on improving strength and balance for Falls Prevent, this class starts and ends in a chair, and includes optional standing elements. Classes last 45 minutes and don’t involve any floor work.

FLexercise: Improve your balance, posture, flexibility and mobility in time to popular music. Get fitter and build your strength. Sociable and fun, this class will boost your happy hormones. Core work to strengthen spine on floor or chair.

Paracise: Gentle on the joints yet effective, Paracise flows smoothly through movements designed to improve posture, balance, mobility and flexibility, whilst improving your muscle memory. The classes last 45 minutes and don’t involve any floor work.
