All members of the Branch Committee and supporting members are volunteers who give their time freely to run the Guildford and South Surrey Parkinson’s branch and its activities. (* = Core Committee)

Our Branch Committee meetings take place approximately every six weeks, usually on a Tuesday morning from 10.00 am – 12 noon. They are usually held in person.
Committee members keep in touch by phone and email in between meetings.
Our Committee members organise or coordinate our many activities, with the help of other volunteers.
We always welcome new volunteers, either to join the Committee or as volunteer helpers at our various events. If you would like to get more involved with the running of the Branch, or have an idea to offer, please contact the Chair via our online form.
Lead Committee members (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer) are approved by Parkinson’s UK and elected individually each year by the Branch members at the February AGM. Other Committee members are elected en bloc at the same time. Other volunteers assist the committee as required and do not have to be elected.
