Virtual Christmas Concert
The concert, produced by the amazing Emily Bollon of Motivation by Music, involving Parkingsong Voices, first shown live on YouTube on 12th December, was a great success. By the end of the night, more than £3,600 had been raised for Parkinson’s UK. One week later the total amount donated had risen to £4,765.

Good news story
Julian Cork, the son of a new branch member, cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats in 10 days in August to raise more than £4000 for Parkinson’s UK, following his mother’s diagnosis with Parkinson’s. Click here to read the full story.
Surrey NHS launches the Surrey Care Record.
The health and care organisations across Surrey have been working closely together on developing the Surrey Care Record so patients benefit from improved record sharing.
From June 2020 the Surrey Care Record allows the sharing of someone’s health and care data between authorised professionals for the purpose of direct care. Full details can be found here.
